• Self-responsibility

Systemic coaching promotes your self-responsibility. I encourage you to make your own decisions and bring about change. We have prepared the options for action and possible developments in advance.

  • Questions and dialog

I use objective questions to get you to think about your situation and gain new perspectives. The dialog between us plays the central role.

  • Contextual approach

Systemic coaching takes into account the context in which you live and work. This includes the various systems in which you are embedded.

  • Resource orientation

Coaching focuses on your existing resources and strengths. I help you to activate these resources and use them to solve problems.

  • Solution orientation

In systemic coaching, the focus is on solutions rather than problems. I support you in identifying and implementing positive opportunities for change and influence.

  • Systemic thinking:

We are looking at problems and challenges as part of a larger system. The interactions and relationships within this system are taken into account.
