Coaching Process
If you have little time, take a lot of it at the beginning.
Ruth Cohn
When everyday life brings up topics that seem urgent, it is all too easy to get lost in directions or topics that do nothing to solve the actual problem. Perhaps this is precisely why you are looking for a partner who can help you tidy things up and give your project structure and direction. Sometimes discourse is also important and valuable, but we need to be aware of this.
This is why coaching sessions and individual coaching sessions follow a pattern:
2. your request
I am happy to talk about the issues that concern you via video call. We clarify explicitly what a successful result of our collaboration should look like.
You will then receive a detailed breakdown of the scope of the order.
If you place the order, we start coaching together.
3. my assignment
We start our first coaching session together in person or remotely, work out more clearly what is really behind it all and how we can best use these insights to find a solution.
4. Deep Dive
Together we dive deep into your topic.
I use methods such as personality analysis, ego-state therapy and many other tools to help us develop clarity.
5. Solutions
Together, we will work out tailor-made solutions based on what we have found out about your concerns, which will immediately help you in your everyday life.
6. Practice
People are creatures of habit. New patterns of thought and behavior only become ingrained through practice.
We practise these in a safe space before you put them into practice in real life. I will also accompany you in this process.
7. Evaluation
We regularly look at effects and changes, adapt ourselves and our methods to real life and thus create a sustainable solution.
In allen Schritten halte ich Fortschritte und Hindernisse fest, dokumentiere und stelle Ihnen diese Dokumentation zur Verfügung.
It is your progress that you can and should be proud of.
