Systemic Coaching
Systemic coaching is a form of coaching that has its origins in systemic thinking. It is based on the assumption that people and their challenges must be viewed in a wider context and as part of the systems in which they find themselves and interact, which may include the family, the professional environment, social relationships or even cultural influences.
Core concepts of the systemic approach are:
Systemic thinking:
We are looking at problems and challenges as part of a larger system. The interactions and relationships within this system are taken into account.
Solution orientation
In systemic coaching, the focus is on solutions rather than problems. I support you in identifying and implementing positive opportunities for change and influence.
Resource orientation
Coaching focuses on your existing resources and strengths. I help you to activate these resources and use them to solve problems.
Contextual approach
Systemic coaching takes into account the context in which you live and work. This includes the various systems in which you are embedded.
Questions and dialog
I use objective questions to get you to think about your situation and gain new perspectives. The dialog between us plays the central role.
Self-responsibility
Systemic coaching promotes your self-responsibility. I encourage you to make your own decisions and bring about change. We have prepared the options for action and possible developments in advance.
This approach is used in various areas, whether in a professional context, in personal development, in relationships or in dealing with change. I support you in clarifying your goals, overcoming challenges and developing your full potential, focusing on a comprehensive understanding and the existing or newly created interactions of the system in which you operate.
